CHROME MOLY PIPE FABRICATION

Globe offers both chrome and carbon steel pipe fabrication services. Our main, 50’ x 500’ fabrication bay can produce up to 3,000 spools per month, with five overhead cranes capable of handling pipe spools up to 15 tons. Our multi-purpose 66’ x 120’ building houses a cutting-edge 15’ x 15’ x 45’ heat treat furnace that specializes in the fabrication of wall piping spools up to 40 tons. The furnace maintains computer-controlled temperatures within +/- 15 degrees F, meeting the strictest of P-91 chrome specifications. A separate 10,000-square-foot facility is dedicated to the fabrication of small bore piping of 2 inches and below in an effort to minimize potential handling damage
